Lower eyelids: What can I do about these wrinkles and the "bubble". (photos)

lower lids can be improved by removing excess skin, prominent muscle bands, darkish discoloration, prominent fat pads, fine wrinkles and injection of fat in the tear trough. You would be a candidate for tightening the skin removal of bags and adding fat injection to junction of the eyelid and cheek bone, with or without laser.

The bubble may be related to residual swelling if your surgery was done within the past few months. Time and possible lymphatic massage may be helpful assuming this was not present before your surgery. A blepharoplasty will not remove fine lines or wrinkles in the crows feet area. These benefit from chemical peels and Botox respectively. 
These may be options to discuss with your plastic surgeon at your next visit.

In my hands, the best treatment would be lower lid blepharoplasty with muscle suspension and lateral canthoplasty. I would reposition the orbital fat depending on how much there is (need a good physical exam to determine that).This is what I can say from the photos. This is also the more definitive approach. It is more important to make sure we are addressing your goals though. Often times people want something simpler and more subtle. In that case I would recommend possible fat transfer and/or laser treatments of the lower lid.   We have many options to treat this area. It is all about the balance of what the patient wants and what the surgeon can offer. Find someone you trust and make sure you dictate your goals and needs clearly. Hello! It's difficult to tell from your photographs and of course a consultation and physical examination will be more helpful. However, I think the issues you are having are more in the non-surgical realm. You may consider botox or a similar product to lessen the wrinkles or crows feet and then some fillers for your tear troughs. Possibly, an injection to reduce swelling can help your bubble issue. 

Some wrinkles will remain or else your eyelid can be pulled down and expose the conjunctiva.  Maybe a bit more skin can be removed.

Facial aging occurs at many levels, affecting the skin, soft tissue (fat), and bone. When I do a blepharoplasty, I like to use autologous fat transfer (fat grafting) to improve the lost volume of the cheek to create a more natural, soft appearance to the eye. The extra volume would recruit wrinkling skin and camouflage underlying structures. I would consult with a surgeon who understands this concept.
