Day seven my eyes have a different shape the right eye is almost closed it looks like a horrable job my eyes look dead I think the Dr took to much skin off the eye lid the right eye in the year tuck the corner of the eye lid is in it the Dr made me look old

However, it is ridiculous to pretend you are having a normal result.  This is far from normal.  The redness is concerning.  If are on post operative antibiotics, I would continue them for another week.  You are severly swollen and oral steroids are warranted.  I would consider a medrol dose pack, which is a 6 day course of tapering steroids.  I think your levator aponeurosis tendon is now disinserted in both eyelids.  I look at the dramatic eyebrow elevation and the very heavy upper eyelids.  I think when the dust settles here, and it does need to settle, the eyelids will end up droopy with relatively high compensating eyebrow.  This can and will need to be reconstructed.  The eyelids need to heal for at least 6 months before this work is done.

You are only one week out from surgery. You can not make any opinions regarding your result this early in the healing process. Your two eyes look different due to differing amounts of swelling. It is normal for your eyes to be swollen after surgery. You are very early in the recovery process. It will take several weeks for some of the swelling to subside. Make sure you keep your head elevate especially sleeping at night.

It is normal to have swelling even one week after surgery. Keep your head elevated when lying down and decrease your level of activity.

Thank you for your pictures and question.  It is completely normal to have swelling after eyelid surgery, it can last a few weeks.  You can ask your surgeon for steroids to see if it improves.  However, time is on your side, just wait for them to get better, and keep following up with your surgeon.
