Dizziness and nausea after eyelid surgery. It's day 10 and I'm still feeling like this. Is it normal?

You need a medical workup to determine why you have your symptoms.  Start with your internist.  They may have you assessed by a neurologist or otolaryngologist depending precisely on the nature of what you are experience.  An assessment by an ophthalmologist to determine if you have a eye muscle alignment issue that might have been caused by your surgery.  The inferior and superior oblique muscles are at risk in certain eyelid procedures and could cause an alignment issue.  Please let us know how it goes.

At Day10, your dizziness and nausea may or may not not be related to your surgery.  First, consult with your surgeon to evaluate if it is a surgical related issue.  If not, you may need to be evaluated by a dizzy specialist, often times an otolaryngologist or a neurologist to find if you have an underlying medical condition for your persistent dizziness and nausea,

occasionally, medications (such as narcotics like vicodin) that we prescribe for patients after surgery can cause nausea, especially when taken on an empty stomach. I would carefully review all medications that you are taking and see if this is contributing to your nausea/dizziness. I would also follow up with your doctor for a proper physical exam.
