My eyelids are hooded, and not in the good way. The skin is thin and loose. It hangs over my mobile eyelid. I included photos (excuse the emojis.) I really enjoy doing makeup, but my eyelids are very frustrating. I would love to have more youthful voluminous eyelids, similar to Kendall Jenners. How could I achieve that? Thanks in advance.

Answer: Belpharoplasty at a young age Rarely volume can be added to or reduced from the eyelids on young age. You seem to be a candidate for fat injection to your upper eyelids. You can consult a board certified plastic surgeon who does fat injection frequently.

Answer: Is 20 years old too young for a Blepharoplasty Thank you for your question. It seems that you want more of a fuller upper eyelid. You could do a upper Blepharoplasty to achieve this look. Best of luck!

If you are interested in trying a non-invasive technique, then Botox may be a good choice. Botox can help the eyes appear more open and by doing so may reduce the amount of fullness you see in your upper eyelids
