I had a butt implant removal a week ago. I’d like to explore future options and figure out what the next steps to work toward are. I am 5”4 and 127lbs. I have no fat really at all but with my implants removed my butt is very saggy and empty. I’d like to figure out if I should try to gain weight and get a bbl or add muscle because a bbl won’t work? I know I need time to heal and will. I stopped working out when I got the butt implants due to complications with them so I have no strong butt mucle
