I did a Liposuction 7 months ago on my waist, lower back. i am interested in a skinny bbl, or just add more definition to the buttlocks. Do I have enough fat (if they take from the arms, upper back and tummy)? How much do you think they need to make a small longlasting difference? Should i focus on hip dips or projection if I dont have enough of fat for all areas? I am of course afraid of even more sagging skin especially on my tummy and arms.

Answer: My Recomendation Dear Linsofi, thanks for sharing your case and Pictures, after evaluate your case vaser liposuction with Brazilian but lift can be performed with a Tummy Tuck maybe mini tummy tuck to get rid of saggy skin. Make sure you go on consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon. Hope this helps and best of lucks. Dr. Luis Mejia.

Answer: TO GAIN WEIGTH!! Hello Dear! It would have been great if both surgeries had been combined, there is no minimum or maximum weight, you just need to have enough fat in a localized area to be able to eliminate it and transfer it to the gluteal area. From the photos you show, you do not have enough fat to make a significant change in the volume of your buttocks. In cases where the patient does not have enough localized fat, it is most ideal to gain weight, between 10 to 20 pounds, to be successful in the BBL. You can text us via whatsapp 1-829-554-6062 so that we can give you the necessary recommendations abaout surgery. A pleasure to help.
