What can I do about my nose and my chin?

Dear Maddly,For a better balance to the facial features and a better profile you need chin implant. the procedure is usually done with rhinoplasty . For the nose, the skin looks a bit thick and it needs shaping.

After reviewing your photos and reading your concerns, I believe that you are a candidate for a rhinoplasty with a chin augmentation.  This combination procedure will lead to better facial balance and aesthetics.  I recommend consulting with a Board-Certified plastic surgeon who will accurately examine your nose, create a simulation based on what your nose could look like after surgery, and develop a plan that is tailored to your individual needs.  Best wishes!

Dear maddly0822I agree that a refinement rhinoplasty to shape your nose and de-emphasize it and to help draw attention to your eyes and brows would be a positive move. I think a small chin implant can bring balance to your face but make sure you dont go with a large implant. it will detract from your looks and youthful face.

A rhinoplasty to reduce your dorsum a bit and refine your tip would be nice.  For your chin it may be possible to use some fat grafting to reduce the prominence of your dimple and correct the asymmetry. 

It appears that you have thick skin in the nose.  It can be very challenging to achieve definition in the nasal tip in cases of thick nasal skin. A tip plasty can certainly help but was never give you a very fine nasal tip.The chin dimple can be corrected using Fillers or a chin implant in some cases.The nasolabial fold skin be also corrected with fillers.RegardsDr. J

I don't believe either your nose or chin is very far from normal.  A subtle change would be all I would suggest.  For both nose and chin 3D photographic imaging can be very helpful in defining what you want.

The issue that you will have with a rhinoplasty is that it looks like your tissues are pretty thick. This will limit your ability to get significant refinement in the tip Good luck.

First of all, don't be too hard on yourself - you have many attractive facial features!  In regards to your nose, you may like a tip rhinoplasty with the goal of narrowing your tip width - the surgeon needs to be cautious not to increase your tip rotation because it is already slightly over-rotated as seen on your profile view.  In regards to your chin, I agree that you are a little bit underprojected and may like the results of a chin augmentation.  You have some mild asymmetry in the chin and often a chin implant can be modified to help fix this.
