I am very insecure about my nose. It is not the profile that bothers me as much as it is the width and lack of definition as well as its asymmetry. I am also super insecure about the folds around my nose and lips. My chin bothers me because it has such a big dimple and is lopsided. What surgeries could fix these problems>\?

Dear maddly0822I agree that a refinement rhinoplasty to shape your nose and de-emphasize it and to help draw attention to your eyes and brows would be a positive move. I think a small chin implant can bring balance to your face but make sure you dont go with a large implant. it will detract from your looks and youthful face.

Answer: Rhinoplasty A rhinoplasty to reduce your dorsum a bit and refine your tip would be nice. For your chin it may be possible to use some fat grafting to reduce the prominence of your dimple and correct the asymmetry.
