Hi Hillary-Thank you for your question! It is a common one. Your profile looks fairly straight on one view, but on 3/4 view, it looks like you have a bump. The reason for this is usually that there is a width the upper vault of your nose, and narrower part more inferiorly. On a 3/4 view, this will show up as a 'bump', or crookedness. If you have an asymmetric nose, it may appear more on one side than the other.This may or may not be addressed with a rhinoplasty, depending on what your expectations are and the knowledge level of your surgeon.
