Right now I feel as if the lower half of my face looks a bit coarse, and was wondering what I can do to make it more feminine and delicate looking. Possiblites I have thought of are a lip lift, a chin implant (to get rid of my chin dimple, something I definitely want corrected), rhinoplasty, and possibly cheek lip. I feel like my face sinks inward toward my chin, making the entire lower area look longer and imbalanced. Is it possible to get a chin implant without making my face look longer?
Answer: Rhinoplasty and chin implant candidate A closed rhinoplasty procedure can address refining and narrowing the nose, which would include shaving down the dorsal hump, narrowing the tip, and narrowing the bridge line. A small chin implant can be inserted through a submental approach to give added projection to the chin to help with facial balance and proportions. Answer: Candidate for Chin Augmentation It is necessary to get a proper examination done by a board accredited plastic surgeon. After observing your pictures you could be a candidate for chin augmentation. Patients whose chin profiles are weak but have normally functioning jaws are candidates for Chin Augmentation. Many of these candidates have used injectable fillers in the past to strengthen the protrusion of their chins, but are looking for a permanent solution. Chin augmentation most often is used to restore balance to the face due to a weak chin (under-projecting in profile). This disproportion of facial structure—having a small chin—tends to make the nose look larger and results in a poor jaw/neckline. As it doesn’t support the neck skin, often it causes skin to hang down from the upper neck and can lead eventually to a “turkey waddle” deformity. Chin implants can also create a wider, stronger chin. They can also be used to lengthen the face slightly. It is a very simple outpatient procedure typically done in the plastic surgeon’s office or in a surgery center. It is usually done under local anesthesia with oral sedation or intravenous sedation, but can be done under general anesthesia if requested. It is very important to select a highly-skilled, board-certified plastic surgeon to aid you in selecting the implants and insertion methods that will give you the best possible result.#chinaugmentation#chinimplant

Answer: What to do You are a very attractive young lady, so don't go drastic in anything you do. Every face shape is different--round, thin, square--or in your case--heart-shaped. It is who you are. Without seeing you in person, the chin dimple can be softened with a possible combination of Botox and fillers. Your nose has a great profile (dorsum) but may benefit from some tip refinement. You definitely need to have a face-to-face evaluation by a facial plastic or ENT surgeon.

Answer: Chin Implant w/Rhinoplasty The chin is as important as the eyes and nose in overall facial aesthetics. A chin implant can create a more balanced profile by strengthening a weak, receding chin, reducing a deep fold under the lower lip, or widening a small chin. A wide variety of implant shapes and materials are available to permit reshaping the chin to the optimal contours. A rhinoplasty to reduce your bulbous tip would create a nicer, more feminine balance to your appearance.
