Right now I feel as if the lower half of my face looks a bit coarse, and was wondering what I can do to make it more feminine and delicate looking. Possiblites I have thought of are a lip lift, a chin implant (to get rid of my chin dimple, something I definitely want corrected), rhinoplasty, and possibly cheek lip. I feel like my face sinks inward toward my chin, making the entire lower area look longer and imbalanced. Is it possible to get a chin implant without making my face look longer?

Answer: What to do You are a very attractive young lady, so don't go drastic in anything you do. Every face shape is different--round, thin, square--or in your case--heart-shaped. It is who you are. Without seeing you in person, the chin dimple can be softened with a possible combination of Botox and fillers. Your nose has a great profile (dorsum) but may benefit from some tip refinement. You definitely need to have a face-to-face evaluation by a facial plastic or ENT surgeon.

Answer: Chin Implant w/Rhinoplasty The chin is as important as the eyes and nose in overall facial aesthetics. A chin implant can create a more balanced profile by strengthening a weak, receding chin, reducing a deep fold under the lower lip, or widening a small chin. A wide variety of implant shapes and materials are available to permit reshaping the chin to the optimal contours. A rhinoplasty to reduce your bulbous tip would create a nicer, more feminine balance to your appearance.
