What can I do to achieve better and a more feminine balance to my face?

Anonymous849764
Right now I feel as if the lower half of my face looks a bit coarse, and was wondering what I can do to make it more feminine and delicate looking. Possiblites I have thought of are a lip lift, a chin implant (to get rid of my chin dimple, something I definitely want corrected), rhinoplasty, and possibly cheek lip. I feel like my face sinks inward toward my chin, making the entire lower area look longer and imbalanced. Is it possible to get a chin implant without making my face look longer?
