Im only 27 and have always been insecure with my nasal labiac folds and dark under eyes. Where should ask to hsve my filler put and how aprox how much will i need to eliminate thid as much as possible

First, there is some hollowness under your eyes (tear trough hollow), which is a very common issue. Significant improvement can be achieved through under-eye fat repositioning, a minimally invasive procedure that relocates your fat pads to their correct position. This will help smooth the under-eye area and reduce the hollowness.
While dermal fillers can also be an effective option, they are not permanent and, in some cases, may lead to puffiness or darkening over time.
Second, regarding your concern about the nasolabial folds, the angle of the photo makes it difficult to assess the exact cause. The issue could stem from either a lack of volume in the apple cheek area or cheek sagginess. Here's how we can address both possibilities:
If the issue is a lack of volume, I recommend fat transfer to the apple cheeks, nasolabial folds, and temples. This will smooth facial lines and give you a more youthful appearance.
If the problem is cheek sagginess&mdash;either due to excess fat or reduced skin elasticity&mdash;then the treatment will depend on the cause:

Nasolabial Folds
