Treatment for Concave Forehead (photo)

Question

Hi! I have 2 forhead depressions, which I think are genetic. They cause my forehead to look concave from certain angles (especially under direct light and from a 3/4 profile angle). What are the best treatment options? I was looking into filler, but it just seems so risky. So, what alternatives are there? I’ve included a photo of an actress that has a very similar forehead shape to my own.

I have personally had very gratifying results treating this kind of issue using a low viscosity, cohesive, malleable HA filler injected superficially. With proper technique this has proven to be a safe and effective means for addressing the indentations and concavity. And, the results are typically immediate. That being said, this treatment should not be left to the hands of an inexperienced, novice injector accustomed to using simple Restylane or plain Juvederm to treat ordinary smile lines.
