So I have lost over 90 pounds & I'm at a current weight of 151 but one problem I have is my FUPA area... it seemed to not shrink with my weight loss. I want to know what procedure can be recommended to shrink my FUPA & a possible cost?

Answer: How to reduce the mons pubis area From the photo it seems that you have both excess skin and excess fatty tissue in the months area. A combination of liposuction and lifting would address the problem.

Answer: What procedure will shrink my mons public area? Congratulations on your successful weight loss.Nothing will replace physical examination and a full communication of your goals when it comes to determining what operation will best achieve the outcome you are looking for. Factors such as redundancy of skin, skin elasticity, age, personal goals, tolerance for scars... will come into play. Seek consultation with board-certified plastic surgeons who can demonstrate significant experience achieving the types of outcomes you will be pleased with. Then, working together (considering the above factors mentioned and others), you will come up with the best plan to achieve your goals. In my practice, in the majority of cases, both excision (lipectomy) AND liposuction surgery are necessary to achieve the desired outcomes. Best wishes.
