Which procedures will improve my front and side profile? (photos)

Hi. Thanks for sharing your photos. On frontal view, your face looks fairly symmetric. Sure, everyone has subtle asymmetries, but that looks pretty good! On profile view, your face takes on a slightly convex shape. This could be changed by taking down your dorsal hump and improving your chin projection. For my patients, my preferred approach is a rhinoplasty with autologous fat augmentation to the chin. The alternative to fat transfer to the chin is an implant. There is not a great alternative to taking down the dorsal hump; some will opt to camouflage it by adding filler above and below the hump. Some submental contouring with liposuction could also help accentuate your ideal shape.

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Based on your photos, it looks like you would benefit from rhinoplasty and chin augmentation. You have hit on the three most common male facial reshaping procedures, rhinoplasty, chin/jaw augmentation and cheek-undereye augmentation. All of which would provide some benefit for you. The first place to start is to have computer imaging done to determine the exact type and degree of changes in these facial areas that you desire. Then knowing what changes are desired allows it to be determined what exact procedures are needed to try and achieve them.

From your photos, I note a significantly high nasal bridge with a moderate hump. You demonstrate a normal nasal tip. The nasion appears midline. Your nasolabial angle appears satisfactory. Your chin appears slightly retrusive. The malar eminences of the cheeks are relatively flat. It is difficult to assess skin thickness by photograph alone.
You may consider undergoing closed rhinoplasty to lower and narrow the bridge, eliminating the hump and high dorsal line. Even if the skin is relatively thick, significant improvement can be obtained. Consider chin augmentation if your dental occlusion is normal. Fullness of the cheeks can be increased with injectables, fat, or an implant.
