I'm interested in smoothing my mental crease as it appears that my lower lip protrudes more than my chin or that i have a large lower lip. When i smile the crease is less visible. in it's natural position it is fairly prominent. I have done some research and would consider an intraorally placed fat graft a lower lip reduction or some kind of implant to the mental crease area.i had xrays taken at a dentist and was told i have a normal bite so i don't believe that is the cause.
