Thanks for your question.  As a board certified dermatologist I can tell you that, in general, fillers to the marionette lines will not address angular cheilitis. The only exception is for individuals in whom the corner of the mouth is somewhat down-turned, causing saliva to pool at the corners and worsen angular cheilitis.  Even in these cases, filler alone will not resolve the issue.  I hope this helps.

The use of filler for angular cheilitis doesn't really apply in your case. It's helpful when there is significant atrophy and laxity, leading to occlusion of the skin in the corners of the mouth. We see this mostly in older women.The skin-on-skin effect of volume loss (due to bone thinning, muscle weakening, fat loss and collagen decline) can be a constant setup for irritation. But you have perfectly healthy, plump skin  and have identified stress as the trigger so you are unlikely to benefit from the use of filler. Sleep, diet, stress management are important. If coconut oil isn't effective you might do well with a prescription antifungal cream. I would definitely recommend you see a dermatologist and discuss the best treatment options--excluding fillers.
