The differences between Restylane and Juvederm are so much less important than the difference between how providers use them and how they may treat you. It is so important that you find a dermatologist or plastic surgeon who you know you can work well with and that you know their tastes and skill level. You may be a patient who wants a doctor who will really engage you in the decision process as fillers are decided upon.  Make sure you have a sense that your doctor is someone who you can go to with  concerns and will be conscientious about following up with you. That's the key to good results and experiences.

Sculptra can most definitely reduce lines and wrinkles in a very gradual and meaningful way. Resurfacing lasers are also helpful but if they are performed without volume restoration the results are underwhelming. Sculptra helps to create a stronger "scaffolding" for the skin and when place properly gives a refreshed and lifted look and then sets you up to get a better response when a superficial, line-erasing filler is used or if resurfacing is done.
The best results with Sculptra use a diffuse volumizing technique. That gives a much more natural result than would focal cheek augmentation. My warning is that you have to have patience and persistence with this process and it's very important that you trust your provider as things are happening slowly.

The use of filler for angular cheilitis doesn't really apply in your case. It's helpful when there is significant atrophy and laxity, leading to occlusion of the skin in the corners of the mouth. We see this mostly in older women.The skin-on-skin effect of volume loss (due to bone thinning, muscle weakening, fat loss and collagen decline) can be a constant setup for irritation. But you have perfectly healthy, plump skin  and have identified stress as the trigger so you are unlikely to benefit from the use of filler. Sleep, diet, stress management are important. If coconut oil isn't effective you might do well with a prescription antifungal cream. I would definitely recommend you see a dermatologist and discuss the best treatment options--excluding fillers.

Hopefully this was performed by a dermatologist or plastic surgeon? It is so important that these procedures are performed by professionals who can manage the complication. If so, then you should definitely report this to your doctor and get the follow up care you need. With the right aftercare I think you will do fine. If you weren't seen be a dermatologist or plastic surgeon then you should find a dermatologist to help you. I notice you have some persistent acne lesions. Your acne needs to be managed well before aggressive corrective treatments are performed.
Important things to keep in mind:
1)Absolutely do not pick or manipulate the injured areas
2) Avoid the sun completely. Any little sun exposure will darken the injured areas
3) Injury alone puts you at risk of hyperpigmenting. You need to be put on a regimen that will minimize that risk. Once the skin is less fragile, a  regimen that includes hydroquinone and retinol is critical. The Obagi nu derm system or ZO skin systems would be great so you might look for a dermatologist that offers one or the other. But there are other systems that will do it too so the doctor's experience and qualifications are more important than the brand they carry.
4)Apply Aquaphor to the injured areas and use a gentle cleanser until you are able to see a dermatologist.

It's really more about the provider than the product. No product is without risk and so you want to be sure you trust your provider's taste and judgment--and to be sure your provider understands your concerns and desires.
