Can my alars be revised so they appear more round? (photos)

I got alar base reduction during my primary rhinoplasty. I am not happy with the cut. Green line is where surgeon cut my alar. I wish surgeon cuty alar on red line. Is it possible to make green line less visible so my nostrils will look round and normal?

The asymmetry is normal and trying to fix it can lead a bigger asymmetry. You have to weigh the risk/reward ratio. You have a beautiful nose and the risk of making it worst is there. I would leave it alone. Regards Dr. J
