73 year old wants facelift, advice? (photos)

Had lower facelift about 10 years ago. I am in excellent health. Would like lower eyes done and lower face along with face peel. Am I too old for this procedure. Just want to look nice in my later years. Husband is all for it. This picture made just after I woke up.

It is not common to have a foul odor coming from your surgical sites.  I strongly recommend you contact your surgeon for evaluation to be sure you do not have an infection.

Most likely from the neck liposuction from my experience. This usually returns to normal after several weeks to several months. Cutting it is much less common and I would be concerned if there is absolutely no improvement over 6mo. Any improvement over time indicates the nerve is still intact...

Not sure if you were really thinking about a facelift....You could consider a bit of filler to soften the transition from your chin to your jowl.  Losing weight would not help since you are thin already.  Losing weight might make it worse actually. Some laser or ultrasound tightening might help...
