i don't care what others think but i want a pretty smile that is the same on both sides. when i don't smile with my teeth it doesn't show up but when i smile with my teeth even if i don't smile hard it shows. see the difference? is that a dimple? can i get rid of it?
Answer: Lip Lift Thank you for your question. I suggest that you consult with a board certified facial plastic surgeon because you seem like an ideal candidate for lip augmentation through fillers and lifting. The corner lip lift uses tiny incisions above the outer corners of the mouth to subtly raise and even the overall mouth contour. Best wishes,

Answer: Improving Lip Symmetry & Shape with Fillers (Juvederm, Restylane, Volbella), PDO Nova threads, Fat, Implants You would get a nice improvement with lip fillers. These fillers, (Volbella, Restylane, Juvederm) are good to create a symmetrical lip. Nova threads can be used to improve lift and shape. Implants or fat are alternatives. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: Asymmetrical Smile baby22805. Your asymmetry is only apparent when you smile, so correction must be done with great care because your lips are quite attractive when in repose. I recommend correction with a filler like Juvederm Ultra plus by an experienced injector very conservatively because over correction will cause another asymmetry. If you like the result, then you can consider fat transfer for a longer lasting result. Seek out a board certified plastic surgeon or dermatologist with lots of experience treating lips. Good luck!

Answer: Symmetrical smile Thank you so much for your question. A minimal asymmetrical smile is not unusual, as the London Lip Queen I often try to straighten out the simile with a small amount of filler, placed strategically in the corner of the mouth. Very occasionally if there is extra muscle tension on one side of your smile we may add a drop of Botox to relax the muscle. We often review you 2-3 weeks later to add the finishing touches for fine tuning if required. I hope this helps.

Answer: Why is my smile not symmetrical? Can I ever have a symmetrical smile? Thank you for sharing your question and photograph. Each person has subtle asymmetries comparing the right and left sides of their face and body and yours is likely due to the strength and activity of your lip muscles. Depending on what your lines look like when not smiling you may be able to narrow the differences with a small amount of dermal filler along the deeper crease site. Hope this helps.
