HA fillers are safe and can be used to improve lip shape. These fillers, (Volbella, Restylane, Juvederm) are good to create a symmetrical and full lip. Nova threads can be used to improve lift and shape. Implants or fat are alternatives. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Braces will usually push the lips forward creating a plumper better defined lip. Your concerns are fairly common following removal of braces. You can either have dermal filler such as Juvederm injected or use a permanent implant such as PermaLip to create the changes that you're looking for. Both and very effective and create beautiful results in the right hands. Best.

Thank you for sharing your question and I am sorry that your current lip appearance has caused you concern.  The easiest treatment is with careful placement of dermal filler to add sufficient volume to better approximate the size you had become accustomed to with braces in place.  Other options include fat grafting or dermal grafting for longer-term solutions.  Hope this helps.

There are many options for lip augmentation. Fillers now are lasting up to 2yrs which are commonly used for lips. There are also lip implant options that are permanent. 
Each has it's advantages and disadvantages. The most important thing is that you find someone who's well trained, skilled, and board certified who you can trust your face to.

I am not sure what you have read that made you unwilling to try a filler such as Juvederm, but for adding volume to the lips, there really isn't any option as easy and safe as injection of hyaluronic acid fillers such as Juvederm, Voluma, Volbellla or Restylane Lyft. All these products are based on hyaluronic acid which is a gel that naturally is present in our skin and when done at skilled and experienced hands, the results can be very impressive. I highly recommend that you consult an experienced cosmetic doctor and discuss your concerns regarding fillers and hopefully all your concerns will be addressed. I hope it helps and good luck! 

It is clear the the extractions led to this. I would consider fat grafting for long term improvements. Nanofat can be more accurately injected than traditional fat grafts and should give long term results. It requires harvesting fat and then emulsifying the fat. It contains stem cells and growth factors to stimulate the body to produce more fat.
