It is best to contact your doctor about post operative issues.  Rubbing your face should not be an issue after the wound has healed.

The first 7 days after the transplant operation considered critical. 1 month after the operation it is safe to rub  the hair. Try not to be so agresıve next time

This shouldn't be a problem at this stage as the vast majority of the healing has taken place and the area should be well healed, you now need to be patient and give it some time to now grow through. It should be fine. Review with your surgeon in around 6 months post surgery if you have any concerns.
