Question

After day 7 the scabs were all off. After 8-10 days some hairs were falling out in the bath and shower. Will these hairs grow back as I am worried the 8-10 days is too early to fall. Some hairs have not fallen out still, is this normal and will they continue to grow or will they have to fall also

It is normal to shed transplanted hairs weeks after surgery.  The new hairs may take 6 to 12 months to grow.

It is very normal for the transplanted hair to shed. The permanent hair will grow after the shedding.

beard hair transplant will take about 7-10 days for healing process and during that time you will shed the transplanted hair shaft along with the scabs. But no worries they will start to grow back after a few months.

This is a process that will go on for up to 5 weeks as you shed the old grafts that were placed into your head and then everything will look the same as it was before your surgery. In 5-7 months, new hair will start to grow from where these grafts were put in.
