The transplanted hair continues to grow normally , is supposed too drops right? transplanted area full of holes because the needle 18 days after transplant is that normal? What can i do for faster recovery

Answer: It is normal to shed transplanted hairs weeks after surgery. The new hairs may take 6 to 12 months to grow.
Keratosis pilaris is often considered a variant of normal skin and as such can be treated as you would with any normal skin. The use of minoxidil should not be a problem. Watch for unusualy redness. .
If you are considering a cosmetic surgery it would be in your interest to see a doctor for an examination to make sure you would be a candidate. Dermal fillers is not a contraindication.
