10 days after beard transplant and is very redness / discoloration and the donor area look very bad , how to take car of it , is it normal? My turkish doctor say is okey but.. Do lemon juice help with the discoloration ?(the scab foll after 4 days)

If you are considering a cosmetic surgery it would be in your interest to see a doctor for an examination to make sure you would be a candidate.  Dermal fillers is not a contraindication.

You have scarring that probably is permanent after a beard hair transplant.  This is not normal and you need to follow up with your doctor.

It is best to contact your doctor about post operative issues.  In general any redness subsides within a few days.  Persistent redness may be a sign of infection.  Contact your doctor ASAP.

Minoxidil is effective as long as it is in use. Once you quit using it, the beard that you gained during minoxidil use won't grow any longer.
