10 days after beard transplant there is redness/discoloration and the donor area looks bad, how can I take care of this? (photo)

10 days after beard transplant and is very redness / discoloration and the donor area look very bad , how to take car of it , is it normal? My turkish doctor say is okey but.. Do lemon juice help with the discoloration ?(the scab foll after 4 days)
