I'm a 56 year old women with Multiple Sclerosis. Coolsculpting abdomen and flanks areas can be used for injections?

I would wait at least two weeks before injecting the interferon into the treatment zone.  I would not want inflammation around the site affect the absorption.  I would assume your interferon would absorb normally even in an area that treated with Coolsculpting as long as the area was no longer inflamed or swollen.

Hi MyFaith, Zeltiq and Allergan are not very specific about Multiple Sclerosis as a contraindication to CoolSculpting. Most of the contraindications are about circulation problems (cryoglobulinemia, cold agglutinin disease, or paroxysmal cold hemoglobinuria).CoolSculpting kills fat cells and these are safely eliminated over time. It should not have any adverse effect on the injection site.
