Revision tip plasty under local anesthesia?

tammy12100
I have had two revision rhinoplasties and am interested in getting my tip revised. Currently it is drooping and boxy. I would like the tip angle increased. My last revision was over 2 years ago and included a cartilage graft. Is this possible to have the tip done under a local anesthesia and who would do it in southern california?
