I have had two revision rhinoplasties and am interested in getting my tip revised. Currently it is drooping and boxy. I would like the tip angle increased. My last revision was over 2 years ago and included a cartilage graft. Is this possible to have the tip done under a local anesthesia and who would do it in southern california?

Answer: Should be possible, but there are a bunch of caveats...
It seems, from these photos, that the bridge is wide because the nasal bones are set apart from each other. Narrowing the bones would help with the upper half of the nose. It's harder to tell about the tip, because these photos are also mostly frontal views.
