Advice requested, neck lift results. Should I seek a revision? (Photo)

In February 2022, I had a mid face lift and neck lift performed by a very popular and recognized Newport Beach Plastic Surgeon. I felt my neck needed some extra attention, so the surgeon recommended tightening the Platysmal bands which would be an additional $2,000. In all, the surgery for the mid face lift and neck and platysmal bands came to $15,000. I feel the results on my neck were minimal. I was 64 at the time of the surgery, a non smoker and normal weight. Should I seek a revision
