How soon after rhinoplasty can I get neck liposuction?

i. I'm surprised that you did not have both done at he same time. That said, IMHO it's safe to proceed after 8-10 weeks. You want to make sure that you have healed properly from your rhinoplasty, particularly if osteotomies were done. I wish you the best.

These procedures are often performed at the same time, including placement of chin implant (if necessary), so it is safe to proceed anytime you and your surgeon agree. Even if you were to consider general anesthesia, the oral endotracheal tube or laryngeal mask airway are both placed via the mouth, so your nose is safe.Just remind your surgeon and anesthesia provider that your nose has been operated on recently so they are careful around it, and ask that the operating table be kept slightly head up to reduce swelling in both nose and submental areas.Good luck and best wishes! Hi Noonio,I frequently do chin liposuction along with rhinoplasty during the same procedure.  So it is safe to have chin liposuction any time in my opinion.  As long as you are having local anesthesia, then you don't have to worry about a breathing tube pulling or pushing on your freshly operated nose.  Good luck, "Dr. Joe"
