Could you please advise if these large hard lumps under my neck are normal? I had neck liposuction on 4/4/14. I wore the compression band for 2 weeks, before taking it off during the day to go back to work. I stopped wearing it at night after 3 weeks as it was making the hard lumps bigger and more defined. The surgeon removed 150ml of fat from my "turkey" neck, and I am happy with the results, so long as this hard puffy lump goes away.. Your advice would me much appreciated. Thank you :)

Unfortunately, the photo you provided is very dark, so it's difficult to see the issue with your double chin.  If you feel there is a hard mass in your neck, I would recommend seeing an ENT surgeon to have the mass evaluated.
