My voice has changed after Chin Liposuction, is this normal?

Had my lipo on my chin 3 days ago. After second day I realized my voice changed. My voice is like a very heavy smokers. I have never smoked in my life. Is that normal? will it go away? I'm going to see my doctor in cupel days but very nervous.

I agree with seeing an ENT for evaluation.  It could be a congenital cyst.  A better picture might help, but a physical exam and possibly imaging will be needed.
