My voice has changed after Chin Liposuction, is this normal?

Had my lipo on my chin 3 days ago. After second day I realized my voice changed. My voice is like a very heavy smokers. I have never smoked in my life. Is that normal? will it go away? I'm going to see my doctor in cupel days but very nervous.

Unfortunately, the photo you provided is very dark, so it's difficult to see the issue with your double chin.  If you feel there is a hard mass in your neck, I would recommend seeing an ENT surgeon to have the mass evaluated.
