In my practice, after fat transfer, I allow patients to have Botox or microneedling at the same time or any time post-procedurally. With regards to filler, I would be OK with hyaluronic acid filler to the area 2 months post-procedure, after I have a better idea of how much fat remains following the resolution of swelling.
