Even though your face may appear to be a little more slender on the sides, it would not be a major issue which would make your jowls appear worse after Botox . By looking at your photographs, I see two major components, which you are probably beginning to notice more, especially after having received Botox treatment. Number one, your chin is very small and requires more projection . Number two, you are lacking volume in the cheek area. By restoring volume in the cheek as well as the chin, your proportions would be improved amazingly. You also have to remember that Botox will wear off after approximately 3 to 6 months maximum and your face should return to its previous condition. For your face to look more youthful and with better proportions, I would recommend doing fat grafting to restore the volume.
