Would a skin lift only revision correct the loose skin around the mouth after a year old deep plane facelift? (Photo)

Female 67 years old - preservation Deep Plane face and neck lift, co2 laser that needs revision after one year. Too much loose skin around the mouth. Doctor wants to redo the laser and correct loose skin around mouth with, lower face and temple skin lift only. Fat grafting to Malar and upper lip area. Would that correct the problem or would the skin lift only create a pulled look with very little longevity ?

This problem really has nothing to do with your recent facelift, browlift and upper eyelid lift. Although it could be related to the fat transfer that you had (which I strongly am not in favor of for this problem). You have a completely separate problem called festoons or malar mounds or malar...
