Tilted eyes and eye tilt assymetry - can this be undone? (Photo)

i had a subperiosteal midface lift done only on the left side to fix assmetry issues with the lower face. after getting it done i dont see any improvement. Furthermore, it created new assymetry where the eye tail is tilted upwards. Is there anyway to undo the tilted effect ? The doctor said no tissues were removed.

I don't think fillers should be the first option. Depending on the specifics of your surgery, I would suggest a multipronged approach that includes fibrous release, subcision possibly, and addressing the obvious transition zone with surgery. Schedule a consultation in our LA office to discuss...
