Is it possible to achieve upper breast fullness without dramatically increasing breast size?

khc28
I'm 44, healthy, active. I had a full lift and ab lipo about 12 yrs ago and was very pleased with the results. After having a child, my lift has fallen - as expected - and I am looking to have a MMO, but I do not want large breasts - only fuller on top and perkier. Is it possible to use just a very small implant to achieve volume on top of the breast? Can you reshape the bottom portion of the breast so it is round and centered on my chest? Thank you.
