Hi. I think your nose looks pretty good, still some swelling over the tip. Tip might point to your right slightly which could probably be improved with fillers at some point if you want. In terms of facial symmetry, I think your left cheek is a little less full and so a little filler in the left cheek/tear trough area would I think make more perfect symmetry. This is sutble but that is most of what I see. Your left face is likely a little smaller than your right...this is common...and I think in keeping with this your cheek is a little smaller and left eyebrow are a little lower. Botox could get the left brow up a little bit also I bet. Best of luck.
Your face appears symmetrical in this poorly posted photos in a car with uneven lighting. Plus if on Accutane for acne I would NOT inject anything till you are 6 months ++ off that medication.
Patients experience tremendous changes to the skin while on Accutane. I advise my patients not to do any facial surgery until they have been off Accutane for at lease 6 months. I have found rhinoplasty results improve after accutane because of the improvement in skin quality.Dr. Michael Sullivan Sullivan Centre

As long as you have medical clearance from your Primary Care Physician, you should be fine. If fever or flu symptoms are present, I would postpone the surgery. Surgery has a tendency to weaken your resistance, so obviously you want to be in the best health before embarking on elective surgery.
