Is there a non-invasive process to make my nose curve inward instead of outward? (Photo)

Question

I want an inward curve to my nose which would be more feminine, and right now there is an outward curve, and a small bump. I know the bump is very mild. It's not the existence of a small bump that bothers me but rather the fact that my nose doesn't have a gentle inward curve. It has an outward curve instead. What do u recommend, if anything? Can they stick something in my nose, shave it down, and thats it? And do my nose bones have to be broken to solve my problem? pics attached.

I would recommend starting with a consultation with a board certified facial plastic surgeon that specializes in rhinoplasty surgery to discuss if rhinoplasty can address your concerns. 
I would recommend writing down the following questions before scheduling your consultation:
1. Are you unhappy with the tip of your nose? 
2. Do you feel that your nose is too wide? 
3. Do you want to make your nostrils smaller in appearance? 
4. Are you looking to decrease the general size of your nose?
I hope some of these questions will help you pinpoint what it is that you don't like about your nose.  I wish you the best as you research your options when scheduling a rhinoplasty consultation.

In order to improve your nose and achieve a more feminine and elegant nose- it will require a Cosmetic surgical Rhinoplasty. A "non-invasive" HA filler will never change the bones, or cartilage. Rhinoplasty is a very challenging procedure and requires experience, artistic approach. Be sure to seek an experienced Board Certified PS for in person exam

Hello and thank you for your question. If you are interested in a noninvasive treatment, a nonsurgical filler such as juvederm can be used as a temporary treatment.  If you are looking for a permanent solution, then a surgical rhinoplasty would be the better option.  Based on your
photograph, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty.  You may also benefit from a dorsal hump
reduction.  Make sure you specifically look at
before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed
by your surgeon and not just a computer animation system.
The most important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I
recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic
surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

In my opinion, you’ll get a much better result with surgery. In order to treat the bump of your nose one would need to shave it down and break the nasal bones. I incorporate the FINNESSE technique which I invented. I routinely do not pack the nose. Pain, bruising and recovery are minimal when compared to traditional techniques. I have had some patients wake up giggling after surgery. During the consultation I like to find out all of your goals. I divide the nose into the nasal bridge, nasal tip, and the angle the nose makes with the upper lip. You have a slight dorsal cup and other issues with your nose. While filler may be able to camouflage the bump a bit, a formal rhinoplasty will provide a permanent change and overall reduce the size of your nose unlike what fillers can do.

Thanks for your question. Based on your photos, you could benefit from rhinoplasty. There are ways to reduce the bump only through incisions inside your nose (closed rhinoplasty). When the bump is removed however, you would likely need the bones broken so your nose does not appear flat. Non-surgical options include using filler to camouflage the hump. This procedure can only add volume to the nose, so it would likely be smaller, but the hump would be less visible. Good luck!

The bump you would like changed is a dorsal hump. It is the result of normal cartilage and bone growth or remodeling after injury. Any non-surgical approach would involve the addition of volume (filler material) to the area above and below the bump in an attempt to camouflage it. It is currently not possible to directly change the underlying structures of the nose non-surgically. Your dorsal hump can be modified surgically via a closed (incisions inside the nose) or open (incision at the columella) approach. Your surgeon will provide you with the pros and cons of each based on your specific goals.

The dorsal hump is composed of both bone and cartilage and must be shaved down in order to remove it. Osteotomies placed in the nasal bones will then be required to narrow the bridge line and close the open roof created from the hump removal. Rhinoplasty is performed under general anesthesia as an outpatient surgical procedure. Anticipate a cast applied across the bridge of the nose for one week and visible bruising and swelling for two weeks. Digital computer imaging would be helpful to understand what can and cannot be accomplished with your nose on your facial features.
