What can I get done to achieve the look I want? Rhinoplasty? Bichectomy? (Photos)

Im planning on getting a nose job next year, but I’ve always been insecure about how round and big my face and head looks , compared to the rest of my body. I feel like it’s a mix of my jaw and cheeks & chin ? Should I get a bichectomy during my nose job ? Or ? I I need professional advice on what procedures I can do to achieve what I want ! I'm 22 , 125 lbs What do you think ? Im adding some photos of what I look like and photos of what I would want to achieve!

Based on your photographs and description, you look like a great candidate for buccal fat pad reduction along with your rhinoplasty. The important thing in this procedure is to be conservative and not over-reduce the fat pad, as this can accelerate the appearance of facial aging. Best of luck!

Thank you for your question. Buccal fat pad removal is an effective method for reducing cheek roundness and fullness, and can certainly be performed concurrently with a rhinoplasty. A large portion of my practice is dedicated to rhinoplasty surgery.  It is important to only see plastic surgeons with extensive experience in rhinoplasty, ie perform at least 6 per month and have performed hundreds of cases. Good Afternoon! A rhinoplasty can be a great option to improve your profile and create a more refined tip. The photos you've shown are of patients with quite thin skin and very refined tips. It may be possible, but I do caution patients that over time, that can look operated and isolated in appearance if too small. Buccal fat removal can be done at the same time or separately. In your case, it may help to create more slimming from the cheek bones toward the chin. The result is often subtle in my experience and I emphasize this to patients. The goal is to create better shadowing and harmony of the cheek. As for your chin, I think your projection and structure are appropriate. Hope this helps you!

Are you a good candidate for rhinoplasty? Anything else? based on your photographs it would appear that you are an excellent candidate for a rhinoplasty. The rhinoplasty can slim the tip and bridge and remove the dorsal hump giving you a crisper more angular look. As regards the rest of your face, nature was very kind you already. I have found that when already pretty girls do too much they make it worse not better. The first model you show appears to me to have too long and thin a face. I think you, with a rhinoplasty, would be prettier. The second one is pretty in her own way. Buccal fat pad removal can be a double edge sword. It can often cause a sunken an old look as one gets older. So I rarely think it’s a good idea for anyone but those with a very “chubby“ face.
