Thank you for your question. Buccal fat pad removal is an effective method for reducing cheek roundness and fullness, and can certainly be performed concurrently with a rhinoplasty. Moreover, if your nose is reduced in size, reducing the cheeks may also help keep your facial components proportional. Just something to consider. I hope this is helpful, and I wish you all the best.

It appears, based on these photos, that you are excellent candidate for rhinoplasty. Your nose is disproportionally large for your face and, it is my impression, well performed rhinoplasty will create needed balance.
