It is important to only see plastic surgeons with extensive experience in rhinoplasty, ie perform at least 6 per month and have performed hundreds of cases. It may be possible, but I do caution patients that over time, that can look operated and isolated in appearance if too small. Buccal fat removal can be done at the same time or separately. In your case, it may help to create more slimming from the cheek bones toward the chin. The result is often subtle in my experience and I emphasize this to patients. The rhinoplasty can slim the tip and bridge and remove the dorsal hump giving you a crisper more angular look. As regards the rest of your face, nature was very kind you already. I have found that when already pretty girls do too much they make it worse not better. The first model you show appears to me to have too long and thin a face. I think you, with a rhinoplasty, would be prettier. The second one is pretty in her own way. Buccal fat pad removal can be a double edge sword. It can often cause a sunken an old look as one gets older. So I rarely think it’s a good idea for anyone but those with a very “chubby“ face.
