Im planning on getting a nose job next year, but I’ve always been insecure about how round and big my face and head looks , compared to the rest of my body. I feel like it’s a mix of my jaw and cheeks & chin ? Should I get a bichectomy during my nose job ? Or ? I I need professional advice on what procedures I can do to achieve what I want ! I'm 22 , 125 lbs What do you think ? Im adding some photos of what I look like and photos of what I would want to achieve!

It may be possible, but I do caution patients that over time, that can look operated and isolated in appearance if too small. Buccal fat removal can be done at the same time or separately. In your case, it may help to create more slimming from the cheek bones toward the chin. The result is often subtle in my experience and I emphasize this to patients. The goal is to create better shadowing and harmony of the cheek. As for your chin, I think your projection and structure are appropriate. Hope this helps you!

Answer: Are you a good candidate for rhinoplasty? Anything else? Are you a good candidate for rhinoplasty? Anything else? based on your photographs it would appear that you are an excellent candidate for a rhinoplasty. The rhinoplasty can slim the tip and bridge and remove the dorsal hump giving you a crisper more angular look. As regards the rest of your face, nature was very kind you already. I have found that when already pretty girls do too much they make it worse not better. The first model you show appears to me to have too long and thin a face. I think you, with a rhinoplasty, would be prettier. The second one is pretty in her own way. Buccal fat pad removal can be a double edge sword. It can often cause a sunken an old look as one gets older. So I rarely think it’s a good idea for anyone but those with a very “chubby“ face.
