apologies if i use the wrong terms i have no clue how to call this lol. i have this little groove between my nostrils which i never really notice on others. i am planning to get an open rhinoplasty, would it make the scar more obvious? is it something that can be fixed?

Answer: Rhinoplasty You have a cleft between the cartilage of the tip. When I see that I tell patients not to even mess with it. You risk making it look worse

Answer: What is this groove in my columella What you're seeing is a cleft between the left nasal tip Cartilage and the right nasal tip cartilage, and this is normal. Do not perform a rhinoplasty just for this. A closed rhinoplasty approach makes all the incisions on the inside of the nose to shave down the dorsal hump and refine the nasal tip. An open rhinoplasty procedure makes incision across the columella.
