Can I get a tip plasty using only suture techniques? I have a bulbous tip with thick skin and would prefer minimally invasive and preservative procedures. I am interested in changing my tip projection, lateral Crura/dome width and maybe alar base width and nostril shape subtly. Is this kind of procedure still relevant in the medical aesthetic field? I have read studies but many are ten years old or older, and would like to know updated information . Thank you
