Can I achieve my wish pic with breast lift auto-aug? No fat transfer or implant (photos)

Based on your goal photos, I believe you'll be happy without implants. The 'auto-augmentation' term confuses laypersons, perhaps intentionally, but to be clear the results don't end up looking like it would with breast implants.

The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained.

If you just have a lift you will be on the small side. Without an implant you won't get upper pole fullness. But you can sissy's have just the lift for now and get implants later if you like. I would stay away from fat transfer

my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.

You can have just a lift if you desire and should have nice results. You can have nice results with no implants.

Congratulations on your weight loss! Although an in person examination is always best it appears you may be a little short of your goal without an implant. I encourage you to visit with a few board certified plastic surgeons to discuss your goals and what you can expect in terms of results.

I think that your wish pictures are not likely to be obtained without more volume than you have. even with autoaugmentation of the lower central breast up into the upper (with loss of sensation). You will likely be short of your goal.

Your wish pictures are fairly reasonable. They show a smaller breast and a good shape. It all depends on your tissue characteristics. I would use mesh support as well.

Yes the wish pictures posted are excellent examples of full lift only. 3-D imaging NEVER is a guarantee to achieved results only an idea of possible results. Expect fees in the $6,000-$12,000 ranges.

You could probably get an ok shape with just a mastopexy (lift). What you give up is the upper pole roundness an implant would add. I would suggest just doing a lift as you could always add an implant later and I think you will be happy without it personally
