What happens if you accidentally swallow the wax that came with the Invisalign?

I just got my invisaligns a few days ago and my tongue started to get sore because of the rough edge on the invisalign so i put some of the wax on it that my orthodontist gave me. And i was just wondering what happens if i swallow it? Will I feel a little sick? Because some people told me not to swallow it but i would think that since it is in your mouth then it would be fine if you did swallow it by accident.
