My mouth is way too small for my teeth and makes me have a very weird smile, also my bottom teeth push out my bottom lip (see side pic), do you think if i get Invisalign it will fix my problem? I think I need something that will broaden my smile. Also I grind my teeth A LOT at night! Also notice (pic 3) when I smile how it pulls only to one side! HELP!!! (FYI only surgery I have gotten in the past is buccal fat removal)

This is a tricky question. The answer depends upon how much bone you have on the side of the teeth in crossbite. Invisalign will move the teeth but if the tooth reaches the surface of the bone, it will move right on through and out of the bone creating a big problem. You should have a CBCT image...
I can't speak exactly to your case, but in general, tooth movement during an active gum infection causes the damage to be worse. If you or your dentist can not maintain you mouth in an infection free state, you should be referred to a specialist. That is the standard of care...
Your lost attachment can be replaced and won't delay your tooth movement too much. I would continue wearing your current aligner until you see your dentist. He may want you to wear your current aligner another week or two.
