Can Invisalign fix my crossbite or it's waste of time? (Photos)

For adults, I do not feel you can correct a posterior crossbite in braces or Invisalign very effectively.   Your orthodontist would be able to go over other alternatives if desired such as surgery and/or palatal appliance therapy or nothing as most adult patients with a posterior crossbite continue to function normally. Your dentist will evaluate any traumatic wear patterns/enamel fractures etc if they manifest.But.....if it bothers you, you still have options but surgery will be most likely.

This is a tricky question. The answer depends upon how much bone you have on the side of the teeth in crossbite. Invisalign will move the teeth but if the tooth reaches the surface of the bone, it will move right on through and out of the bone creating a big problem. You should have a CBCT image taken and have a pro review it.
