Hi, I had Septoplasty with Turbine Reduction right about 3 months ago. Before surgery I couldnt breathe from my right nostril, it was almost fully blocked and that was the reason I got this surgery done. Now at 3 months post OP, my right side is fixed and all good but my left nostril(which was my good side) is feeling blocked and feels like not much air coming out of it. When i touch my septum it feels deviated to the left from inside aswell. Does that mean my surgery failed?

Hello! Thank you for your question.
As far as I can see from your photos with revision rhinoplasty, it is possible to get the look you want, you may need to use extra cartilage from your ear or ribs because you have had surgery before.
It would be better face to face consultation.
Best Regards!
The columellar part appears not only deviated but may also have other underlying issues. Your septum could be high, severely damaged, or elongated. It's important to address the root problem, as the external nasal valve may be compromised, potentially leading to breathing difficulties....
Your photograph is not helpful. I need a view from the floor looking upward and both side views to give you a more accurate answer.
Best Wishes,
