Ive had a deviated septum and septoplatsy done twice, one just a month ago. He said he’d fix my bulbous tip and symmetry, but my upper part of the nose the bone is not straight completely which makes me insecure. I breathe good, but the symmetry of my nose really bothers me. My nose looks bulbous some days and some days it doesn’t. It overall has some sort of asymmetry to it and people tell me they don’t notice but I notice it heavily. Again the bone isn’t straight, but the rest lines up okay..
