28 y/o male with trouble breathing from left nostril - should I consider a septoplasty? (photo)

Hi, I need some advice whether I should get septoplasty or not, whether it is worth it, what benefits can I experience. I'm 28 year old male, height: 5'11, weight: 78kg, Indian. I feel I have a deviated septum, most of the time I have difficulty breathing from the left nostril, right nostril breathing is fine. During summers sometime I experience nose bleeds especially when my nose get dry, I think all of my nose bleeds came from the left nostril.

You may need a septoplasty but the only way to kniw is for the surgeon to look inside your nose and determine if that is what is causing your breathing to Ken

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your description your breathing could likely be improved with a surgical intervention. With good surgical technique, you could likely have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
