Will micro botox fade away quickly? (Photo)

Question

I had microbotox treatment on my checks 2 weeks ago to reduce oil and acne. But now i can't smile properly like before! One side goes higher than the other. My wedding is a week away.. what can I do to make my smile back to normal? Please Help!

Microbotox treatment is not meant to affect the muscles and may be it is a transient effect of migration of minor amount of botox. Do not be concerned, it will resolve on its own.

Unfortunately the botox won't wear off until about 3 months.  If it's small amounts that were administered it may wear off sooner than that.

Thank you for sharing your question.  Depending on the dosing you should see a faster return of function than with traditional injections.  There unfortunately is no way to know how long your recent treatment will last, nor is there a reversal agent. Only additional time will return your previous appearance.  Hope this helps.

There is no way to reverse Botox or micro Botox. It appears that it was injected too deep inadvertently and affected the muscles of your face. It will wear off on its on in a few weeks if only very few units is administered, it may wear off sooner than that. All the best! Always contact a board certified medical practitioner.

I so wish that I had better news, but your Botox results will last about 3 months. Possibly less since you had very little done, but there is nothing,sadly, that can be done to "reverse" the Botox.

The results and the problem will last about 3 months. there really isn't anything that can be done and don't waste money on expensive treatments that really don't work

Unfortunately the effects of Botox can take 3 months to resolve. However if you indeed had minute doses then the reversal could be as quick as 2-3 weeks. The injections when performed by a specialist are intradermal and do not reach the smile muscles. Try to use the muscles as much as you can. Hope this is helpful.

Thank your for your question. I am really sorry to hear you are having this issue with your smile after Botox injections. Botox effect typically last three to four months. However, if smaller amount of Botox was injected the duration will be much less. There is no option to reverse Botox other than it will go back to normal with time.  All the best,
