I am 35 year old female. I have zero wrinkles, but I have a prominent central muscle bulge in my glabella/mid-brow area. When I lift my brows, the muscle stretches flat. I want to treat this area specifically to shrink the physical bulk of the muscle (disuse atrophy) while strictly avoiding any dropping or heaviness in my eyebrows. I am unsure if botox or forehead surgery would be the right choice here. I am uncertain that botox will make this area better, or if botox will make me look angry or look like a spock character. I have searched online and do not see anything remotely related to my concern . Everything online is catered to wrinkle prevention. I have attached photos of my forehead side profile relaxed, frowning and raised.
