You can reduce the radix and the cartilage bone of the nose to make less anterior projection. Also, to shorten the length of the nose. It's really not shaving, a burr is used to take down the bone as well as files.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can understand from your question Yes, all these changes can potentially be performed in a single surgery, which is called a Comprehensive Rhinoplasty,It would be better face to face consultation.Best Regards!
Lowering the bump, all the way up to and including the radix seems reasonable. I can't see your entire profile in the images, but I'm wondering whether, after lowering the bridge, the nose may look too long and too forward-projecting. You would need to see good morphs, and probably a couple of morphs where the tip was elevated and brought back closer to your face as well.
If you are dissatisfied with your nasal profile appearance, rhinoplasty surgery may be considered for lowering your dorsal hump, and repairing your hanging columella, for a less distracting nasal appearance. I hope this helps. Sincerely, Dr Joseph
Things may seem easy for the lay eye, not in your case; please note down:-you suffer the so called (I don't like the term) parenthesis tip deformiy, in Europe we name this overly vertical or verticalized lateral cruras of the alar cartilages; this leads to boxy tip shape, poor alar suppor, nostril retraction/rim raise and a poorly defined tip; you do not suffer from overly large nostril, just happens your too vertical cartilages fail to push down the nostril rim to its correct position and this makes it look falsely oversized-you also have a short caudal septum-and the mentioned by you dorsal humpYou need a surgeon with experience in structure rhinoplasties with modern and adavanced maneuvers mastering, to relocate the alar cartilages, reinforce them, marginal grafting (aka articulated), tip grafting, septal lengthening, etc.If a basic classical rhinoplasty is done in such anatomically suboptimal nasal skeletons, the outcome is calamitous, revision guaranteed.
Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you are a great candidate for rhinoplasty. Maneuvers for your surgery would include dorsal hump reduction, tip refinement, nasal tip deprojection, among other maneuvers. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.Best wishes and good luck.Richard G. Reish, M.D.Harvard-trained plastic surgeon
Based on these photos you seem to be someone who would benefit from rhinoplasty. However, only on the basis of in person evaluation, an experienced board certified plastic surgeon with expertise in rhinoplasty could discuss this issue in more details. Good luck.
Your nose looks pretty good. Any improvement you might get from a rhinoplasty will be minor. It is not worth the risks.RegardsDr. Janjua
Yes - you are speaking about the standard things that one does during a rhinoplasty. Each of those requests can be achieved.
Personally I would not recommend rhinoplasty in your case. You have a very nice nose with very little need for surgery and not worth the risk
Thank you for sharing the photos. There is nothing unusual about your nasal features, and these can be managed appropriately with routine rhinoplasty in the hands of the right surgeon. Additionally, if a cartilage graft is needed, this is often taken from your nasal septum, and as such, there is...

What I see is your taping is so constant and tight that it is mechanically moulding by slow-motion pressure-sore / necrosis of tissues; just happens the result of your rhinoplasty is poor and dissatisfactory, it is not swelling, I strongly recommend you stop taping or else you'll get...
